For those who can do a little bit of work, older-style bungalows are available for as low as $700K. Although you will have to sacrifice space and luxury initially, this is an excellent investment. It’s located in the south end Mississauga and is a great place to commute to Toronto. There is a GO station just off Lakeshore. It is close to the QEW, City Centre and other amenities.
Although you cannot walk to all the attractions in Port Credit, a quick drive will take you closer to Mississauga than driving further south. It can sometimes make all the difference. You won’t find any big-box stores in the area. You’ll need to travel further afield to get groceries or hardware.
